iGymWS helps you manage your workouts, balance your whole training cycle and save your progress in chart format.
This app is not supposed to replace neither your personal trainer nor your experience, but it wants to give you an easy and flexible way to write down and store your workouts and improvements.

In the first page you have nine buttons; keep pushing one of them to get the explanation of the corresponding feature. Moreover you can access the app manual by quick push the "info" button.

You can load a predefined worksheet and customize it by adding and removing exercises; you can easily and quickly set the number of repetitions and weights for each exercise of your worksheet. You can also create completely new worksheets as well as new exercises.

Main functions:
- Predefined training: several predefined worksheets are available; they can be used alone or merged in a single worksheet.
- Smart Timer: manage your execution and recovery time.
- Training balance: balance your daily training or your entire training cycle which is composed by more than one worksheet. This feature allows you to properly balance your training in terms of weights and energy distribution all over the main muscle groups.
- Exercise progress: save and analyse your progress in chart format.
- Quick exercise fill out: assign weights and repetitions using filling buttons.
- Create new worksheets and assign them a representative icon.
- Create new exercises and assign them a representative icon.
